RPF SI Result 2025 List: Merit List, Cut Off & How to Check. The Railway Protection Force Sub Inspector CBT results will be posted on the website as a merit list. Candidates who took the exam on 2, 3, 9, 12, and 13 December 2024 can check their results on RRB websites.
The RPF SI Exam 2025 response sheet review is planned to finish by mid-February 2025, so the result should be released by the third or fourth week. All exam takers can see if they were shortlisted when the result is released.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
Candidates must meet the required height and chest measurements.
Height Requirements:
- General/OBC:
- Male: 165 cm
- Female: 157 cm
- SC/ST:
- Male: 160 cm
- Female: 152 cm
- Garhwalis, Gorkhas, Marathas, Dogras, Kumaonis, and other specified categories:
- Male: 163 cm
- Female: 155 cm
Chest Requirements (For Males Only):
- General/OBC: 80 cm (expanded 85 cm)
- SC/ST: 76.2 cm (expanded 81.2 cm)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates must complete the following tasks:
- For Male Candidates:
- 1600 meters (1.6 km) run: Within 6 minutes 30 seconds
- High Jump: 3 feet 9 inches
- Long Jump: 12 feet
- For Female Candidates:
- 800 meters run: Within 4 minutes
- High Jump: 3 feet
- Long Jump: 9 feet
