RTE MP Admission 2025 List: School List, Eligibility. The full form of RTE is right to education. According to this law, every child in our country has a fundamental right to take education. The Constitution of India (86th Amendment, 2002) includes Article 21A. The law was enacted in 2009 and the right to free and compulsory Child Education Act was enacted with effect from March 26, 2011. Under this rule, every private school has to reserve 25% seats in its school for poor children for children belonging to the disadvantaged group and the weaker section.
Under the right to Education Act ( MP RTE) across the country, poor children are provided free and Compulsory Education from 6 to 14 years of age in a prestigious private school. To increase the level of education in rural and urban areas, the central government of India has made it mandatory to reserve 25% seats for economic weaker section (EWS) and reserved category (SC/ST/PH).

RTE MP Admission 2025-26 Eligibility Criteria
- One must be a permanent citizen of Madhya Pradesh.
- Only poor and BPL kids are eligible for the RTE admission.
- The applicant’s family income should not exceed Rs. 1.5 lakh per year.
- Individuals can apply for only one admission and can select multiple schools.

How to apply online for MP RTE Admission 2025?
- Applicants have to first open the MP RTE official portal, i.e., https://rteportal.mp.gov.in.
- Now the home page of the website open before you.
- Then click on the Login option.
- After that, a new tab opens on the screen.
- Now click on the MP RTE Admission 2025 apply online link.
- Then an application form opened on the screen.
- Enter all the necessary details.
- Upload the documents carefully.
- Finally, click on the Submit option.
Steps to Check MP RTE Admission Application Form Status 2025
Here is the complete process to check application status:
- Go to the MP RTE Portal which is rteportal.mp.gov.in.
- Then from the home page click on the Status check option.
- Now enter the School ID and Captcha code.
- Finally click on the Show Status option.
- The school list will open on the screen.
