National Games 2025 Sports List: The 38th National Games end February 14. Over 10,000 athletes, officials, and coaches will compete in Uttarakhand. The National Games 2025, India’s Olympic-style multi-sport event, will debut at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Dehradun on January 28 and continue through February 14 in Uttarakhand.
The National Games will feature medal events for over 10,000 athletes, coaches, and officials from states, union territories, and institutions. The 38th National Games, organized by the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), will feature 32 sports and four showcase events.
Four demonstrations will include mallakhamb, kalarippayattu, rafting, and yogasana. The National Games begin January 26 with triathlons. Kho kho and basketball start January 28. Boxing with Tokyo 2020 bronze medalist Lovlina Borgohain will begin at Shri Hari Singh Thapa Sports College Indoor Stadium on January 31.
National Games sports will end on February 13 and the closing ceremony on February 14.
