Jharkhand 2025 Holiday List: There is important news for students studying in schools, colleges and universities in Jharkhand. There are only 12 days left for the new year to begin, but before that, schoolchildren and college students are curious about how many days will be a holiday in the new year.
How many days will there be in which they will not have to go to school and college? So let us disclose how many days will be a holiday in the new year. The Raj Bhavan has proposed 86 holidays for all government schools and universities in the state for the year 2025.
Schools and colleges will be given 86-day holidays in the calendar proposed by the Raj Bhavan. The Principal Secretary to the Governor has written a letter to all the Vice Chancellors seeking their opinion within three days.
If everyone’s opinion is positive, it will be passed. Of these 86 holidays, 12 Sundays have also been kept. Also, all universities have been given the freedom to give a special leave of 5 days in local festivals according to their own.
A list of major festivals in 2025 has also been revealed, which day will be a holiday. April 6 has been proposed as a holiday for Rama Navami. Good Friday will be on April 18 and Easter on April 21. Summer vacations will be from June 1 to June 20, and Durga Puja will be from September 28 to October 3. The holidays have been kept from October 18 to 29 for Diwali and Chhath.
