This is a welcome development for the residents of Delhi. Delhi Development Authority (DDA’)’s Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025 started the booking process on Tuesday. Booking of flats started at 12 pm on Tuesday. According to the DDA administration, 452 flats were booked by buyers on the first day. It booked 209 EWS flats located in Narela, 136 LIG flats, three MIG flats, and six HIG flats.
Apart from this, 37 LIG flats and 48 MIG flats were booked in Lokanayakapuram. The DDA has booked 13 LIG flats in Siraspur. The plan will expire on August 26. According to the information, the booking of 7,500 flats under the housing scheme of the DDA has started.
