Champions Trophy 2025 Umpires Final List: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the list of umpires and match referees for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 to be played in Pakistan and UAE from February 19 to March 9.
The venue will be played in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Dubai with the names of 12 umpires and three match referees. The most shocking thing is that no Indian umpire or match referee has been included in the list.
The ICC has also selected six umpires from the 2017 season for this tournament, including Richard Kettleborough. Kettleborough, a veteran of 108 ODIs, is joined on the panel by umpires Chris Gaffney, Kumar Dharmasena, Richard Illingworth, Paul Reiffel and Rod Tucker, who also officiated at the 2017 tournament.
The panel of match referees will be led by David Boon, Ranjan madugale and Andrew Pycroft, all respected members of the Emirates ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees. Boon officiated the 2017 Champions Trophy final, while Madugalle has returned after officiating the 2013 final, and Pycroft also participated in the 2017 tournament.
