2025 Mardi Gras Parades Events Schedule List: The parades and festivities of Mardi Gras 2025 will begin in January, and the colorful festival will continue throughout February in New Orleans. This annual festival is a confluence of ethos, culture and happiness, with thousands of people attending.
Early January: the pomp of Mardi Gras will begin only in early January. On January 6, the parades of the Société des Champs Elysées and the crew of Joan of Arc will be held in the French Quarter. The festival will be a symbol of historical and cultural heritage.
The middle period of February will be full of Paredes in the month of February. Great parades such as the crew of chevbaccus, the crew of Bohème, and the crew du VEU will debut. On February 21, there will be a parade of the crew of Cork in the French Quarter, famous for its specialty and charm. This will be followed by the crew of Excalibur in Metairie and the crew of Oshun and the crew of Cleopatra’s paradises in Uptown New Orleans.
Highlights of March: the biggest parades will be held in the first week of March. The grand parade of the crew of Endymion will take place on March 1 and the crew of Bacchus on March 2. On March 3, the Zulu Lundi Grass festival will be held with the parades of the crew of Orpheus and the crew of Proteus. Finally, Mardi Gras Day on March 4 will see glimpses of several major parades.
